AI enhanced plant research at 5 times the speed

The ICL group is Israels largest company and provider for fertilier and many more agricultural products. Together we are now enabling their new plant research center at the TAMI research institute with our Model S growth chambers. The development of specialized fertilizers for molecular farming and indoor farming is one goal -the other is to advance the development of our AI to conduct plant trials much faster. In this case, we would be able to conduct plant trials in a matter of weeks instead of months, because the AI and computer vision can detect plant growth much earlier and more accurately than humans. We could literally watch the plants grow!
