Molecular Farming: Enabling Cell Based Meat

The team of Bright Biotech developed the probably most performing molecular farming technology of today. With their chloroplast based protein expression system they can harvest up to 5 times more proteines per kg of tobacco plants, than any other molecular farming provider. After a long search for a potential scaling partner, they decided to go with our fogponic approach and install their first - and our first - MVP of a afogponic farm in Manchester. We are happy to have gotten their trust and will scale their production capacities over the years to come! First harvest results are expected in July 24.
